Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

How long do I have to return my order?
Once you have received your order, you have 28 days to return it. Please contact us, and we will be happy to help resolve the issue with your purchase.

When will I receive my refund?
Refunds may take 3 to 5 business days to appear on your bank statement, although it usually happens faster. We always refund the amount to the card you used to pay.

I am dissatisfied with my purchase
We are sorry that you are not satisfied with your purchase. Please contact us, and we will be happy to help resolve the issue with your purchase.

I received something damaged or the wrong item
We are very sorry that the item did not arrive as expected. Please contact us, and we will gladly help you find the correct item.

Return Costs
In the event of withdrawal, you bear the direct costs of returning the goods. If the goods were damaged or delivered incorrectly, we will cover the return costs.
